Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operation of online and offline marketing activities;
- Responsible for different social media or digital platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, company website, etc.) on content development, execution, data analysis, strategy for growth etc
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder ie. Sales to align digital efforts with overall marketing goals
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns and customers engagement events
- Have a good knowledge and awareness of social media and new developments within the digital landscape. Proactively bring in new ideas to enhance the connection with our consumer.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments designated by management
- Responsible for website enhancement, implementation and testing
- Provide application support and technical trouble-shooting for website and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, business or related fields with at least 3 years of supervisory role
- Strong in digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM
- Strong network with KOLs & celebrities
- Knowledge in Google analytics, 小紅書 & Facebook is preferable
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills, with good attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for effective communication with all levels of staff
- Positive, well-organized, detail-minded, resulted oriented, with problem solving skills and ability to handle multi-task
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
